Paul Tebbey, Ph.D., M.B.A., Vice President of Medical and Scientific Affairs

Dr. Tebbey holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from East Carolina University School of Medicine as well as an M.B.A. in Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology. Dr. Tebbey's experience spans over 20 years in both academic and industry roles. His discovery and clinical research work focused on T cell immunity, type 2 diabetes, infectious diseases and vaccine adjuvants. Dr. Tebbey has also held various commercial positions within the pharmaceutical industry and he was involved in the global product launches for the pediatric vaccine, Prevnar and the psoriasis biologic, Stelara. Dr. Tebbey has authored over 25 peer reviewed journal articles that span scientific and clinical research through to pharmaceutical branding and communication.

Christy Langan, Project Manager

Ms. Langan brings to us over 18 years of non-profit management experience in the areas of program development, event management, public relations, marketing and communications, fundraising and volunteer development. She has served in senior leadership positions with two national non-profit organizations and served as Executive Director of Volunteer San Diego for three years. For the past five years, she served in various capacities with the National Psoriasis Foundation including Senior Director of Education and Outreach where she was responsible for developing and managing education programs for patients and medical professionals and as Director of Corporate Relations where she raised support for the organization and worked closely with pharmaceutical partners to develop outreach programs. Ms. Langan brings to IPC a diverse set of skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for improving the lives of those living with psoriasis.

W. Dana Juett, M.I.M., M.Sc., Vice President of Finance and Administration

Mr. Juett brings years of general business experience with both for and not for profit organizations, as well as academic experience at the university and graduate business school level. He has served in a wide range of capacities in varied organizations from being the North American Executive Director for an international mission to various responsible positions in two high tech companies that designed, manufactured and distributed products in the semiconductor and telecommunications markets. He held positions in those companies in the areas of corporate and product strategic planning, domestic and international sales and marketing, lease finance, contracts administration, production and inventory control, administration, product development, cost-center management, purchasing, and corporate staff. He has also worked in the financial services industry holding various securities licenses and lectured to graduate and undergraduate students in real estate, finance, international business and futures and options both in the US and in the United Kingdom.
