Luis Puig is Director of the Department of Dermatology, Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau (HSCSP) and Professor of Dermatology at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) Medical School, Barcelona, Spain.

In the last 20 years Dr Puig has focused on clinical research in the treatment of psoriasis with biological agents, an area in which he is a key opinion leader both nationally and internationally, having taught at numerous national and international conferences, workshops, and seminars. The results of his research have been published in numerous articles (h-index = 59; i10 index = 310) and book chapters. He has participated in numerous clinical trials on psoriasis, in most cases acting as principal investigator.

Dr Puig is member of the Spanish Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, founding member of several of its working groups, and past coordinator of the Spanish Psoriasis Group. He is also an aggregate member of the Spanish Society of Rheumatology and its GEAPSO Group for Research in Psoriatic Arthritis, and of several international societies, including the EADV, AAD, CILAD, ESDR, ASDP, ISDP, and GRAPPA.

He is or has been Board Member of the EADV (2013-2019), Co-chair of the Psoriasis Task Force of the EADV (2018-), scientific advisor to the Psoriasis International Network, President of the Psoriasis International Network and the Foundation René Touraine Scientific Board Executive Committee (2016-2020), Vice president of the Administration Council of the Foundation René Touraine (2018-2020), Member of the European Dermatology Forum (2017-), Councilor of the International Psoriasis Council (2012-), Board Member of the International Psoriasis Council (2018-), and Member of the GRAPPA Education Committee and Steering Committee (2020-2023).

Ricardo Romiti, MD, Ph.D., is responsible for the Psoriasis unit at the Department of Dermatology of the University of São Paulo, Brazil, and works as a Clinical Professor of Dermatology also at the University of São Paulo. Having gained his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo, where he also completed his residency in the Department of Dermatology.

Professor Romiti is currently a Board member of the International Psoriasis Council, a member of GRAPPA and the Latin American Society of Psoriasis (SOLAPSO), and Editor of the Brazilian Consensus of Psoriasis of the Brazilian Society of Dermatology. Besides, he has authored or co-authored numerous papers published in national and international dermatology journals and is the Editor of five books with a focus on psoriasis.

Satveer Mahil, PhD, MRCP

Dr. Satveer Mahil is a Consultant Dermatologist at St John's Institute of Dermatology, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK, and adjunct Senior Lecturer at King's College London, UK.
She graduated from the University of Cambridge (Gonville and Caius College), UK and completed clinical dermatology training at St John’s Institute of Dermatology. She completed a Medical Research Council-funded Ph.D., which involved using genetic information to gain novel insights into the mechanistic basis of different forms of psoriasis and define new therapeutic targets. She has a major clinical and research interest in psoriasis. She is co-director of the PsoProtect and PsoProtectMe global registries. As director of St John’s DermAcademy, she also leads the development and delivery of dermatology educational resources for healthcare professionals.

Ulrich Mrowietz, MD

Ulrich Mrowietz is a Professor of Dermatology and the founder of the Psoriasis Center in the Department of Dermatology at the University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein, Campus Kiel, Germany. His main research areas in psoriasis include management strategies, drug development, and basic research. The Psoriasis Center provides a large clinical trial unit and is part of the Comprehensive Center for Inflammation Medicine at the Kiel Campus.

Professor Mrowietz is the author or co-author of more than 375 peer-reviewed publications listed in the Medline database and numerous other publications in the field. His h-Index is 65. In addition, he is the author of chapters in multiple psoriasis textbooks, including Braun-Falco’s Dermatology and Venerology.

From 2004 to 2019, Professor Mrowietz was Editor-in-Chief of Archives of Dermatological Research. He is a former member of the Executive Board of the German Dermatological Society, a councilor of the International Psoriasis Council, a member of the scientific advisory board of the German Psoriasis Association, a member of the Clusters of Excellence “Inflammation at Interfaces” and “Precision Medicine in Chronic Inflammation,” and of numerous dermatological societies. Professor Mrowietz was President of the 6th World Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Conference in June/July 2021 in Stockholm, Sweden.
