the latest news from ipc, industry and others

More than 50 dermatologists from India attended IPC’s first Psoriasis Master Class, which was presented in Mumbai, India, over a day and a half in March. The class provides a comprehensive overview of psoriasis management and is designed for dermatologists wanting to expand their expertise in managing psoriasis. IPC Councilor Murlidhar Rajagopalan and board members Alan Menter and Lars Iversen served as faculty, along with local dermatologist Sushil Tahiliani. Speakers presented lectures on the full spectrum of the disease, including systemic and biologic therapies, new and emerging treatments, biosimilars and their future in psoriasis treatment, difficult-to-treat areas, juvenile psoriasis, and clinical infrastructure for psoriasis management. Later this year, IPC will sponsor a Master Class in Barcelona, Spain, and is planning additional classes in 2019.
